Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Panama Punta Pacifica

The staff were professional and attentive, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. Our room was modern, spacious and spotless, with a great view of the city skyline. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the breakfast buffet had lots of fresh, tasty options. The rooftop pool was a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the views after exploring. The Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Panama Punta Pacifica is in a prime spot in Punta Pacifica, a short walk from Multiplaza Mall and several good places to eat. I had a fantastic stay and would happily come back.

We loved the Pacific and horizon view from our clean, fairly quiet room, especially for watching the sun and moon rise. The toilet ran the whole stay, but other Booking.com reviews had mentioned it, so I didn't complain. I didn't want someone working in the room while we were trying to relax. There were loads of choices at breakfast, though most were breads and sweets that looked pre-packaged, some random things like chicken wings, and scrambled eggs that were hit or miss, sometimes runny. The good bits were the coffee, papaya on the one morning they served it, and waffles and arepas one morning. Those were delicious, and I'd have eaten them every day. Room service was mixed too: the salad was good, but the chicken Alfredo was bland. With so many nearby options, we just went out. We'd definitely stay again, but I'll probably skip breakfast.

We spent six days there and loved it. The room was roomy and stayed clean, and the staff were friendly and knew their stuff. Many major tourist attractions were within a US$10 Uber ride, though traffic can be a problem. There are lots of good restaurants within walking distance, including two ranked among Latin America's Top 50 in 2025. Breakfast came with our booking and had good variety and quality. The Valentine's Day set dinner was excellent and very reasonably priced. We didn't try the spa or pool, but the gym was well equipped, aside from treadmills that could use some maintenance. The soundproofing could be better, especially if you're a light sleeper.

The staff were GREAT, FRIENDLY, AMAZING, and the hotel smells SO GOOD! I stayed 11 days and had the BEST experience. The restaurant inside serves the BEST food at a reasonably affordable price, and paid hotel guests get free breakfast. It's freshly made, with a variety of options. There's a full SPA, more restaurants close by within walking distance, and a beautiful, large shopping mall only 2-5 minutes away on foot, depending on crossings and traffic. I GIVE THIS A 10+25.... STARS!
