The bed was really nice, and the A/C works well. It's clean, which I appreciate, and the price is good for a very basic room. There's a shelf instead of a closet and no lamp, just a bright overhead light, which is awkward. The room is spacious, and the shower is supposed to have hot water, though I haven't tried it yet. Parking is a bit odd, but it wouldn't matter if I weren't driving. I like a dark room, so the lack of a window doesn't bother me.

After two nights, I knew I couldn't stay here for a month, even though I'd booked that long. Construction was going on in a large building right across the way, and the rooms are basically just a bed and a bathroom. My three-star rating reflects choosing it for a month. For someone needing a private room for a night or two, I'd give it five stars. The manager was very nice about refunding me, while still charging me for cancelling.

The room and bathroom were large, and the price was appealing, but the internet was extremely weak, if it worked at all. The room smelled bad, probably because there was no window to let air through. At night we couldn't sleep because of constant noise from women “working by the hour,” either in nearby rooms or the next building. We don't know exactly where it came from, but it was disgusting and we had to wear earplugs. We were on the fourth floor.

For the price, it was fair enough, and the room was clean. Still, there was a strong smell of smoke or damp, and the water never got hot.
