Our suite was a great size, with amazing views of the city and sea, plus a really useful vanity and changing area. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was loud, though, and the windows throughout the building were very dirty. The hallways smelled like cheap cleaning products, the elevators were hot, and the location wasn't the best.

The pool had stunning views, and our suite exceeded expectations. The hotel's central location was ideal for our husband's birthday celebration. Paul checked us in expertly and gave excellent service throughout the stay. Breakfast was included, and we really enjoyed the buffet. Carlos was our waiter and was exceptionally friendly and attentive. I'd only suggest adding an omelet station. We had an incredible time at the W.

My room had a minibar for late night snacks and a little alcohol to take the edge off, though everything in it is charged. The room itself was good, and so was breakfast. It's a great hotel, and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Panama City Panama.

Jenifer G, the manager, handled a leak in our shower beautifully. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure we were happy, and her care and professionalism really stood out. Edgar, the bellman, was also incredibly kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay at the W Hotel. The hotel itself is excellent, and the food was outstanding. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a fantastic long weekend, and the staff went out of their way to make my husband's birthday special. The room was spacious and beautiful, with a fantastic view. Pool staff, including el senor de la piscina, were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, as were the teams at Moro restaurant and the spa. Whenever something came up, staff were ready to sort it out. Moro's food and buffet breakfasts were very good, and the coffee was first rate. The Paul cafe attached to the hotel was lovely too. Housekeeping even checked in during the evening to ask if we wanted courtesy service, such as a remade bed, fresh towels, or water. Spa services cost extra and can be booked, while the gym and pool areas are open 24 hours. The spa has a sauna, steam room, and two jacuzzis, our favorite. It's probably best to reserve a time in case it's busy, though on our first night we walked in and they filled it for us. I can't say enough about the staff, and wish I could name them all. We're very grateful and will be back.
