Hotel Ana Mary

We booked through Booking.com just to sleep after coming for work, and arrived a couple of hours before check-in after driving all night for four hours. They knew that, but couldn't even provide a bathroom for basic needs or a place to wash our hands. It felt inhumane, and this didn't even seem like a motel. No decorations and no people skills. They could definitely improve. The room doors could be opened with any key. I tried it on my sister's room and mine. There was no hot water, the sheets were really thin for how cold the room was, and the fan only worked on certain settings. Level 5 was extremely noisy. The room was missing two glass shelves from the window, and you could hear everything outside. There's also a dance academy right next door, with the same songs playing over and over until at least 9:30 at night, so sleeping was difficult. They also change the rates on weekends, which wasn't explained when we booked. I won't try this place again.

The air conditioning was uneven, so we often ended up sweating, and the sheets were thin and didn't fit the beds. The amenities felt stingy too, with tiny soap bars and no shampoo bottles.

The rooms were clean and practical, and it cost less than the other places nearby, though I still found it a little expensive for what it was. Being close to the road means there's quite a bit of noise. I'd recommend it.

The staff were happy to answer questions and share tips about local attractions and venues. Simple, clean, and safe. I'll definitely stay here again.
