Hotel Vista Lago Ecoresort

The little lake around the hotel is lovely and full of birds. We found the place really relaxing, even though the city around it is busy. There’s a great atmosphere by the restaurant and pool, the meals are good, and the service is great.

The views and hotel are nice, but the customer service could show more happiness. Some good background music and better lighting would help. We’ll come back soon and check again.

We stayed four days and never had the same meal twice. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the restaurant, drinks, and coffees were fantastic. The whole place was very clean, and all the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. There’s a gorgeous pool area, a lake with paddle boats, and a kids’ play area with a trampoline, swings, slides, bunnies, and ducks. The view is great too. We liked it so much that we cancelled a future booking at another hotel and reserved this place again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful lake views from our room balcony, a spacious pool, and an air conditioned restaurant. The facilities are great, but the service was lackluster. Staff were slow and seemed to have little urgency or attention to detail. You might wait 20 minutes just for someone to acknowledge you, so grab a menu and order before you sit down. When your meal arrives, ask for the bill then too, because that can take a long time as well.
