The room was cleaned every day, and the food was good. I also loved the gourmet shop on-site, it had amazing food. The staff were so kind, helpful, polite, and willing to accommodate us, and they gave us suggestions for places to visit. One small downside was having nowhere comfortable to sit and read. There was only a couch by the entrance, and a wooden desk chair in the room. The barking dogs in the neighborhood kept us up at night, though that wasn't the hotel's fault.

We only stopped in for the restaurant, so I can't speak to the rooms. The food was great, and the lounge was a relaxed place to hang out. Service was generally very good. They could have a better beer selection for international visitors.

We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurant, which had delicious choices. The staff were very attentive, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and nice. A great little boutique hotel right in the center of volcan. We'd definitely recommend it.

We live nearby and haven't stayed overnight, but we're friends with the owners and send our Real Estate clients here. We've seen all the rooms, and they're modern and very clean. The friendly staff always greet you when you come in, and the restaurant is terrific, with plenty of choices and a Sunday breakfast brunch. Four times a week I come for my favorite meal, an omelet with Gouda Cheese, Ham and Mushrooms, plus Hojaldre Bread on the side. It costs about $5. The Brezos Racket Club is attached to the hotel, with Pickleball, a bar, and occasional live entertainment. Los Brezos feels like a real upgrade from other hotels in Volcan. Stay there or just stop by, and you'll want to return.

This is about the restaurant, "Circuito del Cafe." I couldn't find a listing for it to post a review directly. Their breakfast may be the best in town. The Muesli is packed with all kinds of goodies, and the banana pancakes are excellent too. Service was excellent. I just wish they served a large coffee.
