The train station pickup and service were really good, but our room was unfortunately dirty, with stains on the beds and a dirty bathroom. This hotel was included in our two-day Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu tour. For the price, I think you could get a better hotel in Aguas Calientes.

The manager met me at the train station and was friendly and helpful. I had an easy time getting to both the bus stop for MaPi and the train station, and breakfast was a nice bonus. There was a kettle and coca tea in the room, and the shower had plenty of pressure and hot water. I had a very pleasant one-night stay before visiting MaPi. The room felt clean, fresh, and totally comfortable. I'd stay again.

It was quiet and fairly inexpensive. We booked at the last minute, and the small room worked fine since we only needed somewhere to sleep after hiking the trail for three days. One of the many hotels in Machu Picchu.

We confirmed our reservations the day before arriving in Aquas Calientes, but when we got there, they told us our rooms weren't available. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my ex-wife.

The location was handy for the train station, and they gladly stored our bags and let us relax in the lobby until it was time to leave. Breakfast had some nice options and started much earlier than at most hotels, which suited the early starts. The shower worked well enough, I slept without trouble, and the room was a little small but serviceable for the one night we stayed, as I imagine most people do.
