The rooms were clean and had hot water, and the manager and staff were friendly. Breakfast came with a good range of things, including eggs, cheese, yogurt, coffee, and warm milk. It’s centrally located, with good restaurants and massage places nearby, and it’s close to both the train and bus stations. Highly recommend!

The shower barely ran, and water spilled out of the stall. Our towels smelled bad and had someone else’s hair on them. There was no daily room cleaning, and no hair dryer either. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The owner was so helpful and gave us great advice for a hike in the area. The hotel was clean and quiet too. I’d recommend it, 10/10!

The staff are kind, and being close to the station is convenient. But it’s noisy, and there’s a fuel smell even with the window shut. I woke up several times during the night.

We had a great view of the mountain and city from our super clean room, and the staff were really nice and helpful. They even prepared a boxed breakfast for us to take when we left early for Machu Picchu. The hotel is opposite the train station, though trains don’t pass very often. It was one of the best hotels we stayed at on our Peru trip. I’d highly recommend it for couples or solo travelers. Thanks for everything!
