The administrator was very friendly, explained everything in English, and gave us information about the bus to Matchu Pitcchu. Our room and bed were comfortable, and we loved the mountain view. They even gave us an early breakfast so we could eat before our Matchu Pitcchu trip. We were grateful. Great service, 100% recommend!

We were looked after really well: they packed an early breakfast for our Machu Picchu hike and kept all our luggage. The staff were lovely and friendly, the room was huge, clean, and the bed was mega comfy. The view was awesome too. It's quiet and in a perfect spot, two minutes from where you get Machu Picchu tickets. Hot shower and fast WiFi as well. Highly recommended!

Right in the town center, close to everything, with a beautiful mountain view. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and even came to pick us up at the train station. Accessibility needs some improvement.

The view from my window was incredible, and I could watch the mountains and clouds go by from my bed or the sofa. Honestly, I loved the room so much I didn't want to leave it. The host was really nice and friendly, with helpful tips on restaurants, Machu Picchu, and where to get a sim card. The place was very clean, the shower was hot, and the location is right in the heart of the city, facing the main square. Definitely recommend!

The rooms are inexpensive, clean, and had exactly what we needed. The hotel is spotless, the staff took excellent care of us, and the location couldn't be better. We had a fantastic stay.
