Cloti met me at the train and helped with my luggage, and everyone on staff was super nice. I had a really nice one-night stay. The room was spacious and nicely furnished, with a huge bed and what looked like a brand-new bathroom. It was quiet and peaceful, so I slept well. Highly recommended.

Falling asleep to the river along the hotel was a lovely part of our stay. Mrs. Clotis was kind, helpful, and informative, and the room and bathroom were both clean and spacious. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend staying here on a trip to Machu Picchu.

We had a great time, with friendly staff and a convenient location. Our second-floor room had really good views, and everything was clean. There was a slight smell when I first walked in, but it went away. I’d stay again.

The location was great, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were friendly too. Everything was perfect, and I’d definitely choose this hotel again if I return to Machu Picchu.

The beds are incredibly big, big enough for up to three people if you want. Breakfast was nice. Being by the river meant there wasn’t much noise from the train or the discotheque. Check out the waterfalls across the first bridge, down near the hot springs.
