For the low price, this is a decent, clean hostel with fresh sheets. There's a shared dining space with a pool table. The bathroom is very small, though the water gets hot. The trains are the big drawback: the hostel is right by the tracks, and they're loud enough to wake you several times, even with earplugs. We did manage to sleep.

The staff were a big help, giving directions and bringing soap and extra comforters when I asked. I could also buy an affordable sandwich de queso y huevo, made fresh to take away. My double room with private bathroom was in okay shape, with a comfortable bed, very hot shower, and a TV where I watched Netflix on my own account. The only frustrating bit was the worn charging plugs. I had to prop my charger in place with a folded napkin and the bedside table, haha. Still, it was a relaxing stay.

The rooms are a little small, but I liked the service a lot. The staff were nice and well behaved, and willing to adjust our rooms to suit our convenience. I'd recommend it if you need a decent place to stay in Machu Picchu.

I was there for three days. The beds were comfortable, and the staff knew useful things about local buses and other things. They sell water, beer, and other items at fair prices. The bathrooms all lacked soap, though, which is why I can't give it five stars.

A cute cat, comfy beds, and decent bathrooms made this a nice stay. Breakfast is available at a very affordable price, and there's a pleasant common room with sofas, a TV, and a pool table. The hostel is great value and sits right by the river, though its proximity to the train station can make it noisy.
