The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was decent. The service was excellent and the price was good value. It's in the upper part of town beside a charming little square. The only issue was that cable TV didn't work. I recommend it.

The booking site eventually refunded us, and we were lucky to find another place, Verónica, in Aguascalientes that was excellent. But this place treated us terribly after Carlos, a crook, sent us there instead of honoring the reservation we’d paid for two months ahead. It was their mistake, yet we got no compensation. The service was horrible and completely disrespectful. Beware of this place!

The breakfast was very basic, and the attention was lacking. They seemed unconcerned about whether tourists were satisfied, even though things were still quiet because of the pandemic. A disappointment, since the place wasn’t like what they advertised online.
