I left my luggage at the front desk for the whole day, and there was wifi. The room was clean and basic, fine for 1 night. Watch out if you have a US phone charger, the outlet didn't work with mine, so I charged my phone through the TV usb port 😬. There was noise until late in the evening, possibly from a school or karaoke.

The staff were exceptional for my one-night stay. One of them even walked me over to buy my Machu Picchu bus ticket, then dropped me at the bus stop. I could leave my luggage at the front desk while I was out for the day. You get everything you need for the price. About some of the negative reviews, you're in PERU, a country facing a water crisis. If you don't know what's happening, it's not fair to blame business owners.

A really nice family runs this place, and we paid 60soles a night for the two of us. The staff were friendly, the rooms clean, and the showers very hot. We stayed 3 nights, right next to the river and a short walk from the main plaza and bus stop to Machu Picchu. The room was kind of small, with its only window facing the hallway, but the sheets and blankets were clean and new, and the bed was very comfortable. They were repairing the kitchen, so I can't comment on the food. I'd definitely recommend it or stay again.

A spotless little hostel. A double room costs just 50 Soles a night, and breakfast is another 5 Soles if you want it.
