The front desk gentleman was so friendly and helpful, even though we arrived at a ridiculous hour. We got in on a night bus at 5am and stayed until 6pm that same day, with a night flight the next day. When I asked when we had to leave, he said, "you check out when you need to travel" (in Spanish, obviously). The room was very nice and had a flat screen TV, though we didn't use it. Muchas gracias señor!

The photos on Google are miles apart from what we found. The rooms, cleaning, and bathroom were all bad. Wouldn't recommend it.

The food in Chiclayo was delicious, and the staff helped me find places to visit. The service felt like what you'd expect from the "Capital of Friendship." I met a very cheerful lady with special needs at this guesthouse in the center of Chiclayo. We'll be back soon.
