A nice hostel right across from the Piscinas surf break. There weren't waves working there during my January 2024 visit, but I still enjoyed relaxing on the patio and looking out at the ocean.

The homemade fresh bread at breakfast was a highlight, and the food overall was delicious. The staff were nice, and the quiet atmosphere was exactly what I needed. It's also well placed, with the beach nearby for a long walk, or you can rent a surfboard from the hostel for very little and give surfing a try. I'd happily come back and recommend staying here.

I planned on staying four days and ended up spending more than two weeks here. The service was awesome, everything was clean, and the installations were new. It's peaceful right by the sea, with the other spots reachable by walking along the beach. The food was great too. Best place I've found to stay in Lobitos. Thanks so much, guys, I'll definitely be back soon!

The room was clean, but it was full of mosquitos and there was no net. The shower only had cold water. We also couldn't cook because guests aren't allowed to use the kitchen. At the restaurant, the food was okay, though the choices were just burgers and pasta, with no healthy options like vegetables, fish, or salad. It seemed precooked and frozen, and each time we ordered we waited at least an hour. The hostel is very close to the beach, which is nice, but there were no waves out front during our stay, so we had to walk 1.5 km to Lobitos. For what they offer, it feels too expensive, even though it's still a nice place.

Lobitos has a beautiful, peaceful beach with good waves, and this is a lovely, serene place to stay. I'd definitely recommend it.
