The people were the best part, super nice and hospitable. Breakfast is served on the terrace with volcano views, and I had coffee there every morning. It includes fruit, eggs, and bread. Our room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, and the water pressure was good with hot water. It's a quiet area about a 15 minute walk, slightly uphill, to the center. The windows are updated. Ubers were easy to get and use, so that wasn't an issue.

The customer service stood out most. Everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful, and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome, even at checkout. I stayed two nights, then left my things there for a third while I went on a trekking tour. Across my 10 days in Peru, this was easily my favorite place. The room was cute, very clean, well kept, and had a comfortable bed. Bottled water is conveniently available at the front desk, and the included rooftop breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a beautiful view. The walls are a little thin, and it's a 15 minute walk to the main plaza, but I'd stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Arequipa.

Our bus reached Arequipa at 4am, and the staff were very accommodating about our unusual check-in time. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and breakfast was wonderful. The common spaces and rooms were beautiful. We stayed in the Honeymoon Room for 2 1/2 nights, and it was clean, comfortable, and quiet, a lovely place to rest after exploring the city. Truly a fine establishment. The shower and tub design did let some water onto the bathroom floor. We put a towel down and that mostly took care of it, though perhaps they could adjust the design based on this comment.

The rooftop is lovely, with a beautiful view, and that's where breakfast is served. The included breakfast had coffee, fresh juice, bread and spreads, and eggs. This is a great guesthouse in a well-kept old Colonial house, with large, beautifully appointed and very clean rooms. It's about a 15min walk from Plaza Mayor, the one drawback, but the neighborhood is nice and quiet and we didn't mind walking. Highly recommend!

We'd put this among our top 3 places from our trip around the world. The owners and staff were incredibly nice, especially Allison, and helped us with all our questions. Arriving in the middle of the night was no problem. Our room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the shower pressure good. Breakfast was good, with even better views from the breakfast area. Very good value for the price.
