The supermarket across the street was handy, and it’s about five minutes from the main plaza. The staff were friendly and let us check in two hours early. They also gave us a choice of which side of the building we wanted our room on.

A good location, about two blocks from the market and three from the main square. The room was small but clean, with cable TV. The hotel itself is very basic, but it’s a good deal if you just need somewhere to sleep.

The room had everything I needed, and it’s a good option for a short midweek stay. There’s no breakfast, though, and weekends can get noisy. I stayed twice and noticed much less noise on my first visit than when I returned on a weekend.

We arrived at 5 a.m. on the first of our two booked nights, and they kindly let us into a room that was free without charging for early check-in. The place was very clean, and they were helpful with information. They also arranged a tour for us at half the price we’d found online. It’s close to the city centre.

The simple facilities were adequate, and breakfast was much the same. The location is the main reason I’d recommend this place. Room options have a tradeoff: the ones facing the street can be a little noisy, while rooms away from it have no windows, if that matters to you.
