The location was great, and the staff were especially kind and helpful, so I have to give them a big thumbs-up. The hostel is fine for one night's stay, though it has the same issues I've found in other places of a similar standard across Latin America. The room gets freezing at night. Hot water in the bath can run out if too many guests shower at once, and breakfast is meagre: some kind of processed ham, jam, and one scrambled egg per person. There needs to be more variety.

After a week of trekking, I splurged on this hotel because they said there'd be hot water. There was none, and the water pressure was barely there. They also seemed to have so few employees that I was often locked in, waiting around ten minutes for someone at the front desk to let me out while my Uber driver sent angry messages. For the price, they really need to do better.

I loved the service at this great hotel. The staff really know how to look after you, and I'll definitely come back. I miss those days in Cuzco. Come stay here if you want to have a great visit!

Breakfast was awesome 👌. The hotel is small and right in Cuzco, Peru’s main city. I had just a little trouble getting the water temperature right, so there’s room for improvement.

The location was nice, and that was about it. The rooms were ugly and uncomfortable, and I don’t understand why guests aren’t allowed to use the hostel kitchen. I won’t come back.
