The Wi-Fi worked well, and the location and friendly service were both good. But even with the big C for calor, the water was barely lukewarm at best.

The room was clean, and the place is close to the city center. Prices seemed about right for the area, and the service was excellent, warm, and welcoming.

After booking through Booking.com, we got to the hostel at 3 a.m. and were turned away because there was no water. We explained that we only needed a bed and wouldn't need to use any water, but they still made us leave and put us out on the street.

The manager was really friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable. The room was clean but very basic, fine for just spending the night. The bathroom was tiny, though it had hot water. No parking, and breakfast wasn't included.

The rooms were comfortable, with hot water, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They even helped us check out. The location is excellent, three long blocks from the main square and close to San Camilo market and the banks. There's also a little shop by the entrance. We're grateful for the service and will definitely come back. Highly recommend for couples or families! 👏👏
