Hostal Las Terrazas

The staff were so kind and helpful, and they speak English if you need that. Our room was clean and really nice, and the place felt safe with everything close by. You can also pay to have your laundry done. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

The staff were the highlight. They helped when my partner was ill, welcomed us when we arrived at 5am, and even offered to get up at 3am to make breakfast before our trip. The hostel is across the river, so it’s a little outside town, but still just a 10-minute walk to the main square and it was quiet. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and there’s a good range of breakfast options. Laundry was quick and good value too.

For a budget-minded traveler wanting a hotel instead of a hostel, this was great value. The rooms are a good size, and breakfast is included and really good, with omelets available to order. It’s a little farther from the city center, but still only a 15-20 minute walk. I’d recommend it.

It’s less than a 10-minute walk to the plaza de Armas, so the location is very convenient. The rooms were comfortable and clean, though nothing fancy. We also enjoyed the good breakfast and the view from the rooftop. The staff were really nice, and it was very good value for the money.
