I stayed for three days, and the service was excellent. The breakfast attendant was especially kind and helpful. My room was quiet, and having an elevator made getting heavy luggage upstairs easy. It was my first stay here.

The room was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. But I wasn't told the room's cost clearly before check-in, then I was charged more than the quoted price, with an extra fee for paying by card. They also had no electronic receipt or complaints book available. I hope they make changes to improve the service.

The hot shower was really good, and the room had the basics, though it wasn't very cozy. The staff were friendly, but breakfast wasn't great. At night, noise was a real problem: nearby nightclubs were loud, and the rooms face the hotel's central area, where people come and go. Rain was dripping into buckets inside, too, making more noise. It was hard to sleep.

I felt very comfortable here. The interiors were spotless, the atmosphere was friendly, and the service was top-notch. The terrace was lovely, with a view of the volcano, and I loved the delicious breakfast. The hotel is very close to the main square.
