The rooftop was the highlight for me, with the best city views and really good breakfast and food. Congratulations to CHEF ALEXANDER for his professionalism and dedication to his craft. The hotel was comfortable and very clean, and the location and staff hospitality were amazing, especially Miss Nieves. I enjoyed staying here for the second time and would recommend it to anyone visiting Arequipa. Five stars.

The rooftop views and the location are great, but I expected the room facilities and customer service to match the price. The jacuzzi had no plug, so it couldn't be used. The front desk couldn't fix this basic issue at a top rated hotel, yet seemed much more focused on charging an exorbitant amount for a glass I accidentally broke. At this hotel, it felt like the customer was always in the wrong. Such a shame.

The terrace is a big reason I'd come back. The hotel isn't new, but the rooms are decent, the view is awesome, and breakfast was good. You can pick two options from the main breakfast card.

For sunset photos of the main square, the rooftop is a lovely spot. It's in the main square and makes a nice hotel and restaurant. Food is around 30 to 80 soles, drinks about 12, and desserts 25 or 28 soles. Recommended!
