The atmosphere was clean, pleasant, quiet, and professional, and the service was better than at other places nearby. My only suggestion is to improve the TV service, since some rooms don't have a smart home system.

The hotel was very clean, but I was disappointed by the service and the disastrous food and breakfast. The juice was watery, and the omelet had just one egg. When I left, they scolded me as if I might steal, shut the door on me, and tried to charge me 10 soles. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I couldn't sleep because light came in through the window and the curtains were so thin. We used the service for the hour, and I had only asked for hot water as a basic requirement, but there wasn't any the next day. They charged a lot for a room that didn't match the photos. When I complained, they kept giving me the runaround and never refunded a penny or even apologized. They also refused to give me the complaints book when I asked. TERRIBLE, AWFUL, RUDE. DO NOT STAY HERE.

They were very rude and the service was bad. They didn't honor the listed price and tried to add a tax, saying Booking shows prices without taxes. First they claimed the website price was for one person, but I showed them my booking was for two, and then they added the tax anyway. I asked to speak with the owner and was told, "she's not here." I don't recommend it.
