After trekking all day, it was great to come back to such comfortable beds. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel is in a safe area close to la plaza de armas. Breakfast is pretty basic: tea or coffee, bread, butter, jam, cheese, and juice. Eggs and some other items cost extra, around 5-10 soles. The wifi kept cutting out and was very slow. The plugs were loose too, and I woke up to find my charger on the floor.
The market is nearby, which was handy, and the rooms were cleaned every day. The showers always had warm water, a plus. But the wifi was awful, and that was a real disappointment.
The lobby and hallways looked nice, and the rooms looked good too. But I found some trash under the bed, so they weren't really clean.
A pleasant hotel right in the centre of Huaraz.
