I was cold and worn out, so this place felt like a welcome refuge. The reception staff were really friendly. My room was fine, though the shower ran a bit cold. It seemed a little expensive for what you get.

The rooms were clean and the service was friendly. Breakfast was excellent, and the location worked well for sightseeing.

Breakfast was okay, and the staff were courteous, but the noise outside went on all night, with cars honking by the market. There's no air conditioning either. The cozy room is close to downtown Ayacucho, which was convenient, and the other places weren't far away. I heard this is the best place to stay in Ayacucho, though that doesn't say much for the hotel choices. They still use physical keys, which could be a problem if you lose yours.
