The view of the Plaza Mayor and the Catedral is perfect, and the place itself is excellent. The staff deserve praise for their friendliness, especially in the restaurant, where they really try to make you feel welcome and take care of you. Rosemary prado, the head waitress, was especially good. Thank you very much. I highly recommend it.

I can't find anything to complain about. The food, breakfast included, was fresh and made with local ingredients and care. The room was well equipped, the location was ideal, and the price felt like great value. Everyone at the hotel and restaurant was kind, attentive, and smiling from morning until late at night. Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews. Thank you, Casa Andina, for a perfect stay.

The rooms are on the small side, and my suite measured 3x4 meters. They all look onto the interior, apart from the restaurant, whose balconies face the Plaza. Still, the hotel is new and spotless, with a great mix of modern and traditional style. The location is excellent, and the staff were very friendly.

Right on the main square, the location is excellent. The double rooms feel cramped, and the duplexes don't have even an extra table or chair. Some of the waiters were rather unfriendly.

From the luggage transfer to the restaurant and room service, everything was excellent. A mini-fridge in the room for cold drinks would be a welcome addition. For guests arriving by car, the suggested garage is hard to find. Its entrance is very narrow and it's on a busy street, so I'd recommend having your own garage or choosing another one.
