The service was awful, and the girl was rude. I wouldn't recommend this place.

2/10
The service was terrible. Even though the booking was made ahead of time with a special arrival time in mind, no one welcomed the guest. They said they'd hosted people the night before and couldn't give up that income. On the phone, Ms. Monica provided very poor customer service and wouldn't answer when asked who the supervisor or manager was. It felt completely unprofessional.
