Breakfast was included, and I only found out at checkout that the hotel also offers airport service. I changed hotels halfway through my trip because this place was clean, good value, and well located. Mardonio and the staff gave us unbeatable service. We’re really grateful for such a lovely stay.

The staff were nice and did try to help, which made the rest of the stay all the more disappointing. The rooms are very basic, dated, and overpriced, with just one outlet tucked under a table. There was no hot water; after running the tap for half an hour, it was only slightly warm. The safe was broken, and despite asking three times, nobody fixed it. It feels like the hotel is trading on a good name from the past, while management lets it down.

If you book a room facing the plaza, you get a lovely view, and I thought that made up for a bit of noise. This is an old hotel that’s been refurbished and still has plenty of potential. Just don’t expect a modern place to stay.

I booked through Expedia, but when I arrived, they said the hotel was closed for remodeling. Then they claimed they had no record of my reservation and refused to refund me, even after I showed them my receipt. The customer service and the whole experience were horrible. Don’t go!

The hot shower was great, and breakfast was good too. Wi-Fi doesn’t reach some rooms. Dinner service in the restaurant wasn’t especially friendly, though the food itself was decent.
