You pay upfront, and after a while you'll wish you hadn't come. It's an interesting concept, but the owner's or operator's negligence has ruined it. What a waste.

Hello, we're a group of motorcyclists looking for a place to stay for three days and three nights over Holy Week. We'd arrive on the morning of the 28th and leave early on the 31st. We need secure parking. Could you share a contact number and some details about room availability?

The facilities are new, but the finish is poor, and the location isn't great. The jacuzzi in room #03 was the main reason we stayed, yet there was no hot water for it. After a day of trekking, that was a letdown. When I called the manager, he said it was the hottest water in all of Ayacucho, though there's no way to measure its temperature when you need it. We paid 246 soles for terrible service, and without the jacuzzi this is just another cheap hotel in the area. They also said I couldn't fill the tub beyond halfway because the exposed electrical wiring could electrocute me. I asked why and was shown the wiring. I've attached photos.

The owner was really warm and attentive, and the service was top-notch. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and finished really well. Everything feels luxurious. I'd definitely come back, highly recommend it.
