The food was really good, and the dorms had plenty of space. My college classmates and I spent nearly two days here, and it felt worth it. There’s a shopping mall right across from the hotel, too.

There were so many stairs to deal with, and the staff only made excuses when I complained. Nothing was fixed, and they said they’d clean the room after I left. The room itself was dirty, the beds and pillows were hard, and other guests’ TVs blared all night. Nobody stepped in, so I couldn’t sleep. The staff were incompetent. A bad experience.

The shopping centers are nearby, and the service was good. The welcome was warm, too.

I won't return. The rooms were dirty, the staff were rude, and they kept me waiting. For what they offered, the price just wasn't justified. Terrible service.
