Fernando was so helpful and made us feel very comfortable. We came for the local cultural festival and stayed in the basic three-bed room, which was a little rundown but clean. The location right on the main Plaza is ideal. Breakfast is simple, eggs and bread, but nicely presented.

The courtyard is lovely and the location is nice, but noise carries from there and from the other rooms, so you hear everything. The rooms need renovation, and breakfast could be better.

Every room has its own character, like staying in a big, beautiful antique. It’s reasonably priced for private rooms right on the plaza. They’re connected with tour providers and can arrange tours too.

The hotel is pretty, right in the center, and has a lovely courtyard. They first told us breakfast was available, then said it wasn’t. And the neighbors were the family from hell, two different families on separate nights.

The receptionist had no idea what was happening. I’d reserved a room, but when I arrived they said it wasn’t available. For what they charge, I expected more professional service. They’re very poor at communicating.
