Breakfast was horrible. We got bread, olives, and cheese, with hot water and a shot of espresso for making an Americano as the one saving grace. Otherwise it felt more like hostel breakfast than hotel breakfast. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water at a good temperature. The hotel staff were kind and friendly.

For a Peruvian 3-star hotel, this was great. It's close to the main street, market, and square, but the place is still quiet. The bed was good, the staff were great, and there was plenty of hot water with a decent shower head. Breakfast was okay, but ask for salsa picante with your eggs, it's amazing!

The friendly reception staff charge by the day when you arrive, which makes me think guests may see the problems and leave before their reservation is up. The rooms and bathrooms are very old and poorly maintained, and the paintwork is inadequate. The shower doors stick, and there are no mini-fridges in the rooms. Breakfast is very limited: one cup of coffee with no milk, two rolls, juice glasses only half full, a piece of margarine instead of butter, and enough scrambled eggs for just one roll. There isn't a proper elevator, just a freight elevator that stops one step below the fourth floor.
