The location is great, just a five-minute walk to downtown Chiclayo. It was quiet and calm, and the staff were kind and accommodating. The street construction is the one problem, and it doesn’t seem to be moving along. Blame the city!

The lady was kind and attentive, and she quickly helped us when the water went out. Still, it was a bad experience to arrive, get into the shower, and then have the water stop. The pillows made me feel sick. They had no zippered covers, and you could see how old and dirty they were. There was hair in the room corners, and after I moved the bed, I found lots of hair and dust on the floor. It was like this not only in my room but in the others too. I rented two triple rooms and one single room.
The location was lovely and the prices affordable. Apart from that, things were fine, but the rooms need maintenance. Mine was full of ants, and one electrical outlet was out of place. They should be more careful about the pest problem.
