The building is new, and we found it clean and comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi and a hot shower with great pressure. It’s also well located near the airport: we walked one way and took a taxi the other. La Fish is a nice restaurant close by. The staff were polite and attentive, and we had a lovely stay. Thanks to everyone there.

The staff are very congenial and even bring breakfast to your room, and the area is nice for walking. For a quieter night, book a front room. The family-size rooms there are bigger and nicer, for 20 soles more. Rear rooms come with rooster noise, which may be fine for you, but it’s worth knowing.

I found the hotel very practical for a business trip. There’s a useful meeting room on the third floor for seeing a client, and the desk in my room let me get work done whenever I wanted. Check-in was quick, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the whole place felt very clean.

Chiclayo was unbearably hot during my few days there, so I was glad the room’s air conditioning worked perfectly and kept me cool overnight. The clean, comfortable bed also let me get some proper rest. 🤗 Highly recommended if comfort is what you’re after.
