Don Victor is so attentive and warm that staying here feels like visiting family. The hotel has a cozy bed-and-breakfast feel, a yummy breakfast, and a quiet neighborhood. It’s close to great restaurants, but a short walk away from the noisy main plaza, so it feels like a little sanctuary in the city. Super recommended!

The owner’s hospitality was so warm, and the room was clean and big enough. Breakfast isn’t buffet style, but they bring hot sandwiches, an omelet, and fruit. The hotel is a little way from the center, though it’s no problem if you can find a taxi. Very nice place!

Outside noise is something you hear across Cuzco hotels, but I loved staying here. The owner looked after us like family, helped us deal with the altitude on arrival, and even took us to a place for dinner. He doesn’t speak English, but he made sure we understood each other. They also packed snacks for us each day when we had to leave early. I’d recommend the hotel and its service.

The fresh, tasty hot breakfast was a treat, and they even packed some for us when we had an early flight. We’re a family of three and stayed at Ureta hotel for two nights. The owner was very helpful, shared tips for adjusting to the altitude, and offered fruit on the day we arrived. They also kept our luggage while we went to Machu Picchu for the day. I’d highly recommend this place and would happily stay again in Cusco.

The included breakfast is amazing, and the staff are attentive and know a lot about their city. It’s a safe neighborhood, with very good food just a short walk away. The hotel is quiet and comfortable, with a good hot-water shower, an elevator, and limited motorcycle parking. Plaza de Armas is about a 40-minute walk.
