We were so disappointed with the service. We booked online after being promised the best, but what we got on arrival was nothing like what we'd seen. The mattresses were awful, there was no Wi-Fi in any room, and the advertised breakfast wasn't included. The area also felt a bit rough. We had booked eight days, but wanted to leave on day one. After staying just one night, we were charged for two for “breach of contract.” They didn't even have a complaints book when we asked. The receipt was made out to a hardware store, so it seemed like they were evading taxes. We left angry, having paid too much for terrible service.

Check-in and departure were handled very discreetly and professionally. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.

Vesta can come in handy if you arrive unexpectedly and can't find somewhere nearer your family's house. It's good for that.

It's well placed between the airport and the city center, but there's quite a bit of noise from the street.

A pleasant hotel at a reasonable price. The room service could be better.
