The room was clean and in good shape, and the service was very good. One small hassle: there weren't any outlets by the bedside, so I had to charge my phone across the room even though I use it as my alarm. The hotel itself was adequate.

The staff, breakfast, and pool were all great. The main issue was Saturday night: a rock band played extremely loud music from 10:00 pm until 2:00 am. This is a hotel where people are trying to sleep, so management should consider soundproofing the music room. The band wasn't very good either. Steve from Australia

The hotel was very clean, the staff were nice, and breakfast was really good. But they wouldn't let us take breakfast to the room for one person who wasn't feeling well, which seemed ridiculous during Covid times. The pool was only open from 10 am to 6 pm. Every day, kids and usually adults had to wait at least an hour to get in, then leave well before dark, even though it's summer and the days are long. We were a group of almost ten and hoped to spend time by the pool at night, but couldn't even get permission to turn on the patio lights. There were only two outlets in the whole room, neither by the bed, and none in the bathroom. It was impossible for two people to charge all their devices.

This wasn't the place we expected. The hotel seemed neglected, the service wasn't good, and the rooms didn't look like they belonged in a 4-star hotel.
