Country Hotel

Good.

The pool on the 6th floor was a highlight, with very clean water, an elegant feel, and a great view for photos and videos. The hotel is also in a superb spot near the main square, and there's a taxi service that the receptionist arranged for us to another location. It's a good choice for families with children. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well ventilated. The bathroom was spacious, clean, had strong water pressure, and the water heater worked perfectly. Its height is good if you have babies. The elevator was in good condition and easy to access. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and explained the included services from the start. The buffet service needs work, though. The women in the kitchen were rude, seemed to glare when we asked questions, and were even worse when they answered. Excellent hotel, congratulations!

The staff were very good and the atmosphere was friendly. There are rooms at different prices, and it's centrally located in Nuevo Chimbote. I hope the restaurant reopens in the evenings.

It's one block from the main square, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Service was quick and efficient. The rooftop pool isn't heated. They can keep your luggage at reception after you check out.
