For a small beach town, this place surprised me in a good way. My room was comfortable and had plenty of space, plus a desk and chair. It cost 110 soles for one night. The pool is there if hotel swimming pools are your thing. My main annoyance was the lack of outlets. There were only two: one high on the wall for the TV, too far up for a phone charger with a normal cable, and one by the entrance that was useless for anything. There wasn't a good place to plug in my laptop, so I had to move the desk almost up against the bed to reach the TV outlet. No hot water either, just water described as "templado" or "clima," warmed by a rooftop tank in the sun.

The clean linens were a plus. But the photos give a misleading impression. Several rooms face the street and get a lot of noise inside and out. The rooms aren't really enclosed, just separated from the hallway by a net, so you hear slamming doors, people yelling at night, and kids playing in the pool. Right outside the window there's a major highway with trucks, tuk tuks, and car alarms. There was no hot water, and the sink wouldn't drain.
