Awful experience. They charge too much, and the reception is terrible. At checkout this morning they asked for my key, and I clearly said not to clean the room. When I came back, someone was cleaning anyway, even though I had belongings and cash inside. I couldn't feel safe when they ignored such a basic request. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this hotel.

They don't have an elevator, even though service goes up to the fourth floor. The reservation handling was terrible too: they made mistakes and ended up hurting their customers.

Our Booking.com reservation cost 50% more when we arrived, and nobody explained why. The room was dirty and didn't even have a toilet, while staff didn't seem to share information with one another. Easily the worst stay of our whole Latin America trip. Avoid this scam!

The walls are so thin that music from the next room made it hard to rest, and the room layout is terrible. I asked reception to speak with the staff, and they did help. I wouldn't call them rude, but the rooms aren't a good fit for a longer stay.

We'd booked a room and kept reminding them we'd arrive early in the morning, but it was occupied when we got there. They also wouldn't give our money back right away. On top of that, there's no complaints book. Poor service.
