The beds were extremely comfortable, the showers were hot with great pressure, and breakfast was fresh and delicious every day. The staff really cared and went out of their way, from preparing early breakfasts before our hikes to keeping the room spotless. Don Miguel, the breakfast chef, made eggs fresh in front of us and always greeted us with a genuine smile and kindness. He made sure we started the day feeling satisfied and looked after. We felt welcome and at home throughout our stay at Cavana Hotel Cusco. Highly recommend.

The location next to the main city was really convenient, and my room was clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfy, and the shower had the best water pressure I’ve had in Peru. Muchas gracias to the lovely, accommodating staff at Cavana hotel for making my stay so nice. I’d definitely recommend staying here in Cusco!

The staff made getting around easy and shared helpful tips on what to do. Everything was spotless, from the lobby and rooms to the rooftop, and I felt safe and comfortable throughout the week my sister and I stayed. The rooms were cozy, with decorations I really liked, and breakfast was delicious each day. When we had an early excursion, they packed breakfast for us to take along. I was surprised by how good the service was, and I’d absolutely recommend staying here. It’s close to town and feels very safe. I’d love to come back and see Estefany and the whole team again.

Breakfast was included, and when we had an early excursion, they packed it for us. The rooftop breakfast spot is adorable and has views across the city. The location worked perfectly, just a five-minute walk from the shops and plazas. Our rooms were cute, cozy, and very clean, and the staff were so accommodating that we felt at home. 10/10 ♥️

The staff were among the kindest and friendliest people we met in Cusco. The hotel has been remodeled recently and looks lovely. We especially enjoyed breakfast each morning on the top-floor terrace, which was included in the room price. They even let us bring a bottle of wine up there to watch the sunset with our friends. It’s about a five-minute walk to San Blas market and a fifteen-minute walk to the Plaza. A great stay, and I highly recommend it.
