The simple breakfast suited us perfectly, and the price was great. It's a short walk to the city center, and our room was clean, quiet, and had hot water. The staff were extremely helpful, too. They stored our bags while we explored the city on the day of our flight. Don't let the dark door put you off.

I spent five days here, and it suited me perfectly. The location is convenient for getting around the city and walking to San Blas District. Every employee was wonderfully kind and the service was more than exceptional. Breakfast was well prepared, and the rooms were very clean. I'd stay here again if I return to Peru.

The staff made sure my stay went smoothly and really went the extra mile. They helped me order food when I was short on time and accommodated my reservation even though I'd booked the wrong dates. Great service and rooms.

Clean rooms, really comfortable beds, and a convenient spot near shops and restaurants. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I'd highly recommend this hotel!

We originally got a room without a window, but when we asked, they changed it quickly and without any hassle. They also kept our luggage for a week at no extra charge, which helped us a lot. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It's a great location, just a short walk from Cusco's main area. Highly recommend it for the service and location.
