The room was spacious and practical, with a bed, pillows, linens, and towels I really liked. The bath sheets were too heavy for us, though, and we’d have preferred washcloths and regular bath towels. Guest slippers would be a nice touch, like at your Miraflores hotel. The WiFi was slow. Service was first class, especially from the front desk, bellmen, bartender Jesus, housekeeping, including Abdias & Patricia, and the guest request runners. Everyone was kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was wonderful too. Luis and Carlos made a VERY delicious guacamole for my omelette. Great location and amenities.

We were there for two nights with a tour group. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was good. I did wish they had more fresh fruit and hot soup, since most of us felt a bit thirsty at that altitude. The hotel is nice, though it could use some updating.

The rooms were dark, and noise carried easily. We could hear the music from the breakfast area in our room, and it started playing phenomenally loud at 5 a.m. The breakfast was a disaster, staff often asked for tips and had an arrogant attitude, and the team barely spoke English. From check-in through the stay to checkout, the whole experience was the worst. The hotel seemed poorly managed. Be careful. Even one star feels like too much.

The restaurant was good, and the live music at breakfast was a lovely touch. The hotel is across the street from Centro Artsanal market and only a short walk from the main plaza.
