Check-in was super easy, and the people were friendly, helpful, and humble. Great service. The room was cute and clean, with plenty of space. The bathroom is small, fine for someone small or medium sized, but not comfortable for a taller or larger person. It did the job, and I’d come back and stay here again.

Mariana and her staff made us feel very welcome. Our room was quiet and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was hot. The location is great too. They packed breakfast for us to take along for our 5AM departure to Machu Picchu.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but took a break in the cafe to get out of the midday sun and recharge. I had a fresh mango shake without lactose and a chicken and celery sandwich. Muy delicioso. It’s well located, close to the Qorikancha museum.

On our first night we had a nice room and a basic buffet breakfast. When we came back for the second visit, the room was small, had no window, and felt stuffy with a moldy smell. The buffet had been canceled and replaced with a continental breakfast. Taking it all into account, I don’t recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean, neat, and tidy, and the meals were great. Staff were friendly and helpful, and nothing was a problem. I’d definitely recommend it.
