As a woman traveling alone, I felt completely safe here. The property was spotless, and the views were stunning. They also offered a free airport pickup, which would have cost me about half the room rate if I’d arranged it myself. I loved everything about this hotel and highly recommend it.

The front desk team was attentive and quick to help with whatever I needed. It was great to be able to get breakfast very early, since the tours start early too. My room was clean, modern, and comfortable. I loved my stay.

The hotel is new and clean, and the service was great. Breakfast was good too. It’s a little far from the city center, though there are other well-known hotels nearby, about a 3-minute drive away. There was construction next door, but the noise was only during the day, when most tourists are out and about.

The beds were comfortable and the hot water worked. I’ve stayed in four different rooms here, and they were all fine, though 402 was the best. As far as I know, rooms ending in 01 or 02 have a balcony. Breakfast is included with a moderate selection, and the service is great, especially Jhon. It’s a bit of a walk to the city center, and watch out for dog poop along the way. The walls seem thin, and you can hear some noise through a communal shower vent. I’ve included night and sunrise pictures from room 402.

The staff at Ayni Cusco Hotel were thoughtful, friendly, and quick to respond. They arranged transportation to the airport for us and gave us a complimentary dinner at their restaurant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend it!
