Cecilia and Diego even put together boxed breakfasts with hot drinks for us to take along when our excursions meant very early pickups. When altitude sickness made us feel unwell, they offered help, and they were happy to answer our questions. Patricio, the property manager, arranged a late checkout and our airport transport, and treated guests to an evening of beautiful live music. The staff were kind from breakfast onward and went out of their way to keep us comfortable. Our room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast, including eggs made to order, was delicious. The hotel is a quick walk from Plaza de Armas and just two minutes from several restaurants and shops. Casa Clara was one of our best stays abroad, and we'll return on our next Cusco trip.

I stayed five nights and can highly recommend Casa Clara. It's a small, cute boutique hotel in Cusco's historic center, tucked into a corner of a little plaza and just three minutes from Plaza de Armas. With its artwork and thoughtful details, the place feels like a historic villa. The rooms are well designed and comfortable, and the staff are warm and welcoming. They take good care of you at breakfast, too.

We came back to Cuzco after our first stay at Casa Clara, then changed our plans at the last minute so we could spend more time there. It felt like coming home with my wife. Our second visit in a month was even better than I remembered. The luxury suite was gorgeous, with a lovely view over the square. I believe it's the only guest balcony on the whole square. The people at Casa Clara are the heart of its warmth and charm. Thank you again, Cecilia, and thank you Caesar for managing such a fine place. Deigo and Leo were amazing, fun, and attentive. You all made our stay unforgettable and our 10th wedding anniversary trip perfect. We can't wait to come back. On our first visit, we were struck by the old wooden doors, stone walls, beautiful tapestries, and wonderfully warm welcome, especially from Cecilia. The hotel sits on a charming square, away from the biggest crowds but close to excellent restaurants and boutiques. Our room was spotless, stylish, and relaxing. We loved the flower-filled cloister and cozy bar, and breakfast brought exotic fruits, fine cheeses, and plenty of cooked-to-order choices. The breakfast team and staff were attentive, kind, and professional. We're fussy about hotels, and Casa Clara got everything right for us: comfort, value, cleanliness, and a fantastic team. We'd gladly return again and again.

The courtyard was lovely, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were so helpful and gave us great ideas for spending our last few hours in Peru. We stayed here on our final night, and it felt magical. Our room was clean, just right, and smelled wonderful. The hot shower lasted longer than five minutes, which was a treat after the places we'd stayed around Cusco, where that was about the usual limit. Highly recommend.

Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking a small Plaza, and it was spacious, clean, and beautifully presented with books and interesting ornaments. The hotel has loads of character and is perfectly central for getting around town. Staff were professional, really friendly, and helpful. A special place, and thanks to everyone for a great stay.
