It’s comfortable, but be ready for cold rooms and cold water. There’s no heating, and the bedrooms felt chilly. Sometimes the water runs out, and the showers don’t have hot water. The building is somewhat neglected, though it seems well built and has ceramic tile. They sometimes offer an airport ride as a courtesy, but don’t always follow through. If they pick you up, watch the fare: a taxi usually costs 6-8 soles, but this time they tried to charge me 20.
