The service was good, but the showers and tap water were cold, and the electrical outlets didn't work.

The reception was extremely helpful. Roberto arranged my whole trip around Cusco, and I'm really grateful. The rooms were very good for the price, and the center square is about a 15-minute walk away. There are lots of dining options nearby that are much more affordable.

The rooms are new, and I had one of the best hot showers I've had in Peru. Breakfast was good, the staff were nice, and the service was great value for money. It's outside the center, but an easy 10-minute walk, with a few restaurants and grocery stores around.

Roberto was the best, so helpful and caring. He helped us book all our attractions, and the hostel offered Humantay Lake trips and other tours, plus round-trip bus transfers straight to Hidroelectrica for the hike to Machu Picchu, with the best prices for all guides! The room was good and had hot water. It's close to bus service, around 15 minutes away, as well as the train to Machu Picchu and the old town. I wish I could give more than five stars.

The price was okay, but the hotel felt really old-fashioned, and the room and bathroom were dirty too. Please stay somewhere else in Cusco.
