The apartment itself was spacious, nice, fairly clean, and in a good location. Communication with the staff was difficult, whether in English or Spanish, and they weren’t clear about what they expected. We lost some money in the apartment and still don’t know what happened.

The room was okay, but we couldn’t stay. After 9 p.m. there was no water at all, even though the landlord said the pressure just got low at night. We could only get hot water, far too hot to shower with. Someone came to check, but nothing changed. We’d booked three nights and didn’t manage to stay even one, so we left that night to find another place. The landlord refunded half the room rate. If you’re okay with having no water at night and can shower during the day, you could stay here.

They never told us the place was on the fourth floor, the bathroom didn’t work, and then they kept half the deposit, leaving the customer out of pocket. That was the worst part. Never again.
