The rooms are roomy and clean, with cable TV and hot water. It's easy to get to and right in the center, and they have parking too. Coffee and mate are complimentary, prices are reasonable, and they issue electronic invoices. You also get keys for both your room and the front door when you arrive, which is a nice touch.

Even at a low price, this felt like a rip-off. We only found out how unpleasant it was after arriving, when the whole city was already booked. The place looks nothing like its Booking.com photos: dirty-looking rooms and walls, uncomfortable beds, unfinished common areas, bleach-smelling towels, and painted doors covered in stickers. There's no reception, and the location isn't good. Even the Wi-Fi doesn't work.

Doris and her team were so friendly and helpful, including with directions around Cusco. The rooms matched the photos and were comfortable, and there's a spot to work with good Wi-Fi. The location worked well for us, near the bus terminal and airport, Avenida del Sol, and Plaza Túpac Amaru for catching buses. Shops and businesses are close by, and the price was good. The building does get cold, though, so bring a coat.

We found it quite close to Cusco's tourist attractions. Mrs. Doris was kind, attentive, and always available when we needed something. She also helped us arrange tours, which were excellent for both quality and price. A place I'd happily recommend.

Plaza Tupac Amaru is only two blocks away, with Dircetur Cusco and the PNP tourist police there, and markets run Friday through Sunday. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, with shops and supermarkets nearby. Getting to the address was easy; a taxi to the Plaza de Armas took 5 minutes, or it was a 25-minute walk. Doris was attentive and helped us with several city tours. We felt at home, and the breakfast was delicious, with pure orange juice. There's also a lounge for waiting or working.
